- To properly manage and monitor stocks and inventories.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage team meetings to set daily schedules and activities.
- Monitors standard production processes and strict observance of food safety.
- Checks food and service quality consistently.
- Manages team member, prepare reports and inventory costs.
- Monitors and replenishes stocks and orderings.
