Qualifications and Skills:
• Basic culinary experience; prior experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine is a plus.
• Interest in learning and developing sushi-making skills.
• Good knife skills and the ability to handle ingredients with care.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Culinary school certification is an advantage but not required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.
