Position Title : Chef Consultant-Japanese Speaking

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Provide culinary consultation in Japanese cuisine
* Create and develop authentic Japanese menu items
* Assist in developing and refining menus
* Train kitchen staff on preparation techniques, food safety, and Japanese culinary traditions
* Support launch and promotional events as required
* Advise on kitchen equipment, sourcing ingredients, and workflow optimization

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATION :

*Graduate of any vocational or 4-year culinary course
*Fluent in Japanese
*Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila
