A Cleaner has a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and staff areas.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in a timely manner.
Assist with setting up or cleaning before and after opening/closing shifts.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management immediately.
