* Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and polishing of floors, hallways, lobby and other areas that require cleaning; areas frequented by visitors and guests shall be serviced continuously.
* Cleaning and sanitizing of toilets and restrooms using special disinfecting chemicals in the washbasins, urinals and toilet bowls.
* Dusting of glass, furniture, inside window ledges, air vents and places and areas that require attention along hallways, lobby and restrooms.
* Collecting and disposal of garbage.
* Report all defective water and electrical fixtures to supervisor and the proper officer in charge of janitorial services and repairs;
* other duties as the EMPLOYER may assign from time to time.
