Job Description

Executive Chef, Italian
  • Ensures preparation of food produce superior meals within budget parameters, which will result in a profitable food operation. He plans meals, supervises and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees.
  • Ensures that daily food preparation and cooking methods conform to Hotel standards and standard recipes.
  • To oversee the operations of a designate Hotel food preparation section / outlet and ensure outstanding food quality and presentation, achieves or exceeds business objectives and F&B profitability.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably professional cookery certificate years as Western Executive Chef.
  • Must have 2+ year of experience as Western Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel / resort hotel.
  • Must have experience as Western Chef in managing large kitchen brigades.
