The selected candidate shall serve as the CONSULTANT and will be responsible for:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all company divisions.
• Manage and guide the company toward the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Provide advisory support on executive-level employment and organizational development.
• Lead or advise on strategic corporate initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business expansions.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across all units to strengthen organizational synergy.
• Collaborate with the Board and senior management in establishing policies, goals, and long-term plans.
• Prepare and present reports on operations, performance, and financial health to the Board and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the company’s financial structure and recommend strategies to ensure adequate funding and financial sustainability.
• Analyze operational results and initiate corrective actions to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.
• Represent the company in dealings with government agencies, partners, stakeholders, and the public.
• Perform other duties aligned with the mission and objectives of the company.
