● Reviews legitimacy and accuracy of submitted documents by sellers and responds back on the case if needed.
● Evaluates personal and business information from Sellers and verifies the information with reliable internal and external sources.
● Works efficiently on portals and tools provided by Amazon in this role.
● Assesses collected information about new Sellers in order to onboard them to sell on Amazon marketplace.
● Implements checks before launch, validates the details and shifts out bad actors early on and prevents them from entering the system.

Qualifications/Requirements

● Previous work experience in a customer service/retail environment supporting Mandarin-speaking customers.
● Proficient in Mandarin.
● Knowledge of or experience in a fraud/risk management environment.
● Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
