JOB PROFILE
A. Educational Background
· Must have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
B. Professional Background
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
· Preferably with an APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM).
C. Knowledge Requirements
· Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Must be proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
· Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Must have effective communication and leadership skills.
· Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
D. Skills Requirements
· Must be attentive to details;
· Must have good analytical and critical thinking skills;
· Must have good inventory management skills;
· Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
· Must have good oral and written communication skills; and
· Must have good organization and records management skills.
E. Ability Requirements
· Ability to work under pressure and in extended working hours (if necessary);
· Ability to manage deliverables and accomplish tasks in a timely manner;
· Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors;
· Ability to work in a team; and
· Ability to do multiple tasks
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
· The position reports both primarily at the Head Office and may report to site offices in relation to their work; and
· Safety risks may be incrementally higher at site offices than the usually low safety risk levels in the Head Office when meeting suppliers, or requesting stakeholders due to different factors such as health concerns, transportation to and from sites, site/venue safety, etc.
