Performs allocation and deployment of stocks to warehouse and partner's depots.
Tracks and monitors stock level of warehouse and partner's depots.
Conducts monitoring and reporting on process compliance of the assigned partners.
Conducts weekly reconciliation of SAP Variance of partners.
Generates several reports such as physical count, deduction notice, usage report, etc.
Prepare and analyze data from multiple reports for reconciliation of liquidated and unliquidated materials.
Coordinates with partners regarding the deduction notice of unliquidated materials.
Performs data extraction from various source files.
Updates multiple trackers diligently.
Attends to huddles with internal and external partners.
Prioritize incidents and service requests according to the level of urgency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any course 4 year course
Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with system aptitude i.e. SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori (System Application and Product in Data Processing)
Highly proficient in MS Office other reporting tools e.g. Data Studio, Tableau
Basic to Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot,Delimit,Formulas)
Able to process reports using formula and commands in Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills i.e. can perform under pressure

Good presentation and communication skills
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
