• Facilitates data processing in RAMCO WMS such as receipt, issuance, internal transfer, put-away and picking
• Facilitates all barcoding-related tasks such as generation of barcode labels, uploading of master data in barcode scanners, collecting of data from scanners to dash board applications and basic troubleshooting of barcode printer
• Adheres to the Inventory Policy of San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. and Petron Refinery (5 days reconciliation/validation upon the date counted for variances)
• Reporting of Inventory Accuracy on a Daily / Weekly and Monthly manner (cycle count report - weekly and monthly)
• Reporting of Inventory Variance, and resolving simple to complex issue together with a team of Receiver – Issuer – Binner – Supervisor within 24 hours
• Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and immediately notice discrepancies regarding inventory
• Shows the ability to create solutions to inventory challenges
• Must be able to communicate well with others in order to implement inventory control plans
• Review in-bound and out-bound transactions and RAMCO
• Understands and adheres to San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. and to Proponents - Petron Refinery organizational Policies and Procedures
• Strictly follows the Safety Rules of San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. and Petron Safety Policy and Procedure, participates in Safety Programs and Tool Box meetings
• Adheres to Security Policy of San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. and Petron Bataan Refinery
• Wears proper uniform and appropriate PPE for the job (ID, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes, Long Sleeve Shirts and Jacket)
• Maintains safe work environment according to Department Housekeeping / 5S Program
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with other employees / contractors, SMILSI Supervisors, Managers and all Petron Employees regardless of ranks
• Conducts himself in a professional manner at all times
