Job Description

  • Encodes both incoming and outgoing items for inventory purposes;
  • Submits Warehouse Monthly Inventory Report;
  • Assist in endorsing all outgoing equipment to the Service Engineers for functionality check-up;
  • In-charge of all incoming items, this includes importations, demonstrations, and returns;
  • Provide assistance for proper checking of all incoming items;
  • Monitor all incoming equipment and make sure it passed the functionality check-up of the Service Engineer;
  • In charge of monitoring stocks borrowed by our Service Engineer for product testing and evaluation purposes;
  • Ensure 5S (sort (seiri), set in order (seiton), shine (seiso), standardize, (seiketsu), and sustain (shitsuke) in the area of responsibility and follow the safety procedures of the company;
  • Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the above after due training and qualification

Qualifications/Requirements

➢ Must be a graduate of any 2–4-year course (Associate Degree / Bachelor’s
Degree)
➢ Without experience in Inventory Clerk are welcome to apply; With at least 3 months
of work experience in fast moving industry is an advantage
➢ Computer Literate; Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
➢ High analytical skills
➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
➢ Good team work attitude
➢ Flexible and can multitask related to job assignment
➢ Willing to work onsite
