Japanese Interpreter (1 Vacancy)
Job Description:
  • Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically/e-mail;
  • Register new patients and different categories of patients. Understands the different categories of patients and their types of payment;
  • Call the insurance company as needed and enter data electronically for local panel health insurance;
  • Make appointments for patients. Prepare charts / medical records for the Doctor’s consultation;
  • Replenish and prepare forms for clinic/patient usage;
  • Prepare bills and/ or invoices for patients. Ensure billing is accurate;
  • Open, stamp appropriately, and distribute in-coming mail;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, Nihongo, and preferably a College Graduate. Has resided in Japan for at least 3 years.
