Job Description

  • Plans/Schedules internal audits.
  • Conducts internal audits to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and the quality management system is effective.
  • Prepares audit reports and discusses with the auditees.
  • Conducts follow up audits to ensure corrections, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement are implemented.
  • Updates internal audit records.
  • Reports to the President on the performance of the company’s management system during internal audits, which will be a basis for improvement.
  • Reports the result of Internal Quality Audit during management review meeting.
  • Develops internal auditing/testing parameters as applicable.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance or any related courses
  • Preferably with operations auditing experience
  • With good audit report writing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in audit methodologies and procedures.
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Analytical

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Can communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Can work under pressure
  • Mature disposition
  • Computer literate
