Job Description

  • Conducts audit to all PSWRI branches nationwide.
  • Prepares audit reports to be submitted to National Audit Manager.
  • Conducts Pre/Post audit on the micro documents
  • Conducts Pre - Audit on all vouchers for cheque preparations
  • Conducts post audit on Cellphone billings Nationwide , Collection encashment report (CER) and Collection Report.
  • Checking and verifying of cash advances and liquidations of traveling employees/purchases and suppliers.
  • Posting all material documents of physical Inventory including sister companies after the approval of the National Audit Manager.
  • Executes scrapping and reversing Bad order (BO) stocks and misposting of any material documents including sister companies after the approval of the National Audit Manager.
  • Review and verify commission/incentive reports submitted from the Sales Department as well as the C&C incentive reports.
  • Conducts pre-audit on weekly/monthly payroll including affiliate companies.
  • Conducts pre-audit on all Government and Non Government claims before its check releasing.
  • Makes audit report and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Applicants who can start as soon as possible
  • Willing to be deployed.
