SUMMARY
The primary function of the position is to process (data entry) documentation received from vendors as it pertains to their respective clients. Documentation refers to insurance certificates, insurance endorsements, W-9’s, licenses, and vendor agreements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Key insurance data into the Compliance application daily for both global & PS clients
Review data input for accuracy/completeness
Meet minimum quantity per hour requirements of 6 JPH for global clients
Meet minimum quality standards of 98.5%
Reindex/Classify documents as needed
Able to use the WebApp as needed independently
Provide support for corporate and licensing jobs as needed
Attend Property Specific training within 3 months of reaching minimum global client expectations
Report system issues such as bugs, latency or outages in a timely fashion
Other responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis by management including but not limited to outbound email/phone campaigns, internet research, etc.
