Department: Painting

Position: Technical Manager

Job Description: Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects related to the painting and coating

processes during the shipbuilding or manufacturing processes. This includes ensuring that the painting

and surface treatment processes meet industry standards are completed on time and adhere to quality,

safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the painting or coating industry, with significant
experience in industrial painting, surface preparations and coating application processes. Bachelor’s
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field, Master’s
Degree or MBA preferred.
