Instructor for the Fabrication of Non-Standard Equipment

  • Conduct training sessions on the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of non-standard equipment used in an AAC block production line.
  • Guide and supervise the fabrication and installation of custom mechanical components.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Develop instructional materials, manuals, and best practice guidelines for non-standard equipment fabrication.

Qualifications/Requirements


  • Proficiency in Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, preferably in AAC block production industries.
  • Expertise in welding, machining, structural fabrication, and industrial equipment customization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical fabrication issues efficiently.
