Job Description:
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve IT-related problems efficiently through Informative Mandarin Conversation.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications in Mandarin format.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and system performance issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
• Previous experience in IT support, networking, or system administration in Mandarin language formatting.
• Advance, extensive and proficiency in Mandarin or any Chinese major languages for efficient internal troubleshooting & calibration.
• Advance Mandarin language for assisting non-technical users.
