Job Description

• Provide technical support in-person, or remote assistance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Administer company emails (Blue Host) and ensure proper configuration.
• Create and manage cloud service (OneDrive Global Admin)
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, Biometrics, and other technical devices.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in IT Support or similar role
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a preferred
• Strong analytical skills, spreadsheet skills, and business problem solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
