Job Description

Service Desk Engineer (IT Help Desk)
Responsibilities:
  • Resolution of customers' technical problems over the phone and proper endorsement of the service to the concerned Service Center or other departments in ICS.
  • Updates the Autotask accurately, daily, and regularly detailing specifics of his assignments and other pertinent reports as may be required.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Timely and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Escalates concerns and issues as necessary to the Service Center Manager and client.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any computer-related course
  • At least 1 year experience in Computer Hardware maintenance and basic network troubleshooting (required)
  • Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation
