  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Develop software solutions based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and defects.
  • Respond to technical support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user problems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups.
  • Support and enforce IT policies and security procedures.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Document technical processes and IT support activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.'
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in software development is an advantage
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
