About the role
  • Our company is seeking a talented and dedicated IT Officer to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's technology infrastructure and systems. As the IT Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert support and solutions to maintain our company's technological capabilities and support our employees in their day-to-day tasks.

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all company hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Administering and maintaining the company's computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the organisation's data and systems
  • Researching, recommending, and deploying new technologies to improve operational efficiency
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of various IT systems and applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological challenges
  • Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT officer or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network management
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related problems
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience in implementing security measures
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in information technology or a related field would be an advantage
