Information Technology Manila Site Lead

The IT Manila Site Lead shall be responsible for managing and providing hardware and software maintenance, IT infrastructure support, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementation of day-to-day Plan of Action with respect to smooth operations.
• Implementation and testing of new strategies to maximize and improve productivity.
• Testing, Migration of new processes, Ramp-Ups, Capacity Provisioning and Troubleshooting. Review and initiate measures for automating/streamlining internal processes.
• Creation of reports, risk lists, open issues and task, and financial overview as required by stakeholders.


Qualifications/Requirements


• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology or any IT related course
• At least 15 years of experience in leadership role and preferably in a BPO set-up
• Relevant experience on Routing protocols- EIGRP, OSPF, BFP, LAN Switching-VLAN and CoS, WAN- IPSEC VPN, MPLS, MP-BGP, IPLC an advantage.
• Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol suite, Quality of Services, DNS. Application protocols-HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL etc.
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability
• Good organizational skills, assertive and proactive
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be willing to report on-site and amenable to shifting schedules.
