  • develop and implement IT policies and system to support business goals
  • manage IT staff, including hiring , training and evaluating team performance
  • ensure network security, data protection and IT compliance
  • oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance
  • trouble shoots and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • collaborate with other departments to improve technology use
  • manage IT budgets and vendor relationship

Qualifications/Requirements

  • proven work experience as an IT manager or in a similar role
  • strong knowledge across IT specially in software, hardware and basic networking
  • must have hands-on, be  versatile and able to manage diverse technology needs
  • must speak mandarin fluently and be able to read chinese
  • diploma and certificates in IT is a pluse
