Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated experience in an IT support position, ideally within a client-oriented context.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
• Experience with specific IT systems, platforms, or software commonly utilized in our industry (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are considered beneficial.
