Job Position: Senior Manager for Financial Services

Job Description:

  • Lead consultancy projects for the transformation of banking and insurance clients
  • Create and develop a team of consultants, providing experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm, promoting team autonomy
  • Ensure excellence in project delivery, applying appropriate methodologies and anticipating risks
  • Ability for problem-solving and ideation of innovative solutions
  • Manage the relationship with the client, building strong relationships, demonstrating understanding of their needs
  • Proactively identify consulting business opportunities and translate them into commercial proposals
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals in the financial sector within your area of responsibility



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 6-9 years, at least part of it in business consulting, leading projects in the financial sector related to PMO, process reengineering, change management, etc.
  • Training in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA master's degree is a plus
  • Availability for national and international travel
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities
  • Essential high level of English
  • Hybrid work model, so it is necessary for you to reside in Manila
