Consultant for Sales and Development in an IT company
Job Description:
a. Continue to enhance and optimize the next-generation platform – Cloud-based system Contact Center solution – a software solution requiring specialized skills allowing agents to work from home under the new normal;
b. Continue to build and train the Corporation’s customers’/country partners on the how’s and why’s of the new software system that will allow the hiring of more Filipinos as call center agents, supervisors, and technicians;
c. Continue to market and train the company’s agents in the presentation of this new system/software solution/platform to potential customers in the Philippines; and
d. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the team, leveraging his extensive experience and knowledge gained over the past year to drive further growth and development.
