Job Description:
• The Technology and Innovations Advisor shall lead and drive innovation and technology solutions advancements within the Philippine energy industry as part of the largest distribution utility and energy company in the country.
• This role focuses on identifying emerging trends and technologies in the energy industry (including renewable energy, energy storage, grid modernization, AI-driven solutions, among others) that will optimize energy production, reduce costs, and support sustainable practices.
• This role will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that the energy solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals.


Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 25 years of progressive experience in the Energy Industry / IT, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role and a proven track record of leading energy strategies
• Background in the energy and/or utilities sector (with at least 10 years of related experience), with broad knowledge of technology infrastructure in general, experience in modernization programs relevant to the industry.
• Strong understanding of technology selection processes, proof of concepts, and strategic technology investments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align technology strategies with business goals and maximize the impact of technology investments.
• Strong, strategic, analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
translate business requirements into cost-effective technical, innovative and practical solutions of complex issues.
