Senior Consultant - Solutions Design
Job Description:
• Creating and Reviewing customized solutions for prospective clients
• providing inputs, creating various scenarios and reviewing the pricing
• Working with cross-functional corporate teams for value centric solutions
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand current pain points and suggest remedial actions in the solution
• Align with local delivery teams to validate operating models, span of control
• Ensure right sizing of account in consultation with effort estimation team
• Review SOW & Master Services Agreement

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a graduate degree
• Must have 10-12 years of industry experience
• Sound understanding of BPO Operations
• Experience in working with Sales teams and Client teams
