- Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in online gaming, casino platforms, and sportsbook operations, with a strong track record in both B2C and B2B iGaming environments operating across multiple jurisdictions, including regulated and emerging markets
- Experience in European regulated markets is a definite plus
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT and BPO organizations, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, end-to-end project lifecycles
- Technical and operational experience with high-volume, 24/7 systems, including development, CRM, payments, front/back-end environments, and various diverse delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, TOC)
- Extensive experience in working with global, cross-cultural teams and collaborating effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in another language other than English, Japanese, and Chinese
