Position
Senior Systems Engineer
Job Description:
• Design interventions and conduct mandatory domain training.
• Actively participate in Pre-sales including, client visit, floor walks, review SOW / SLAs, Banding approval.
• Provide Inputs for RFP, RFQ and RFI for new client acquisitions.
• Implement best practices and automation by identifying the opportunities.
• Closely work and collaborate with cross function teams including operations, technology & transformation teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or any related course
• Minimum of 3 Years IT experience and 3 years Networking experience
• Experience with desktop and laptop support
• Knowledge of switches and routers and CISCO devices
