  1. Ensure development quality as Technical Leader
  2. Sprint & team task management tech (Architect) roadmap and quality
  3. Involved with strategy planning and understanding /aligning with strategy
  4. Sprint and task management and alignment with PO
  5. Involved with hiring as interviewer

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Fluent in English and Japanese (verbal and written)
  2. Has 7 years of experience as Software Engineer
  3. Knowledgeable about project management
  4. Deep experience (more than 3 years) working on React and LAMP systems
  5. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Java, Python, Ruby, Typescript or Jacascript
  6. Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g. Laravel, React + Blade + Alpine.js + Tailwind, Angular, Ruby on rails, AWS (Fargate / Aurora), LIFF (Line Frontend framework)
