1. Closely collaborates with the Information Security Specialists to support operations and monitoring that include the (1) Email Validation, (2) SOC Ticket handling, (3) providing feedback to customer request.
2. Closely collaborates with the Information Security Specialist that the documentary enablers are periodically reviewed, as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Graduate of bachelor's degree course.
