INDUSTRIAL PHARMACIST

Responsible for checking all raw materials for weighing and dispensing. Performance quality check and safety measure of raw materials for issuance.

1. Maintains cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep the area of responsibility.
2. Checks the manufacturing order (MO) schedule for weighing.
3. Monitors the in and out of material based on first-in, first-out (FIFO) or First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) principle in the issuance of Raw Material.
4. Monitors the temperature and RH requirements every approved area.
5. Checks and counter check the dispensing of raw materials every product.
6. Monitors the inventory stock level of raw materials using cycle counting.
7. Submits report to the immediate superior the raw materials lower stock balance to provide the Purchase Request order.
8. Checks the inventory balance for the test run every product.
9. Monitors the retest or revalidation / re essay of raw materials, flavors, bulk materials and excipients before reaching the expiry date.
10. Inspects the weighing balance equipment is calibrated.
11. Monitors the environmental condition of the room.
