Position : IE SUPERVISOR (5 Vacancy)

Job Description:

  • Oversees the work of Industrial Engineers, manages projects, and optimizes processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
  • Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, waste reduction, and optimized resource utilization. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
