Responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes by identifying inefficiencies, designing efficient workflows, implementing improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are met, often utilizing methodologies like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. 

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study
-Proficient in Microsoft programs
-Preferably with experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
-Possesses technical and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team
-Can work under pressure and willing to render overtime, if needed
