HR- EMPLOYEE RELATION SUPERVISOR
1. Graduate of BS Business Administration major in Human Resources Management, BS in Psychology and BS in Public Administration.
2. Knowledgeable and updated on the Philippine Labor Law and other laws and mandates.
3. Preferably with experience in Employee Relations and Events organization
4. Handling company orientation of newly hires
5. knowledgeable in Handle Disciplinary Action (NTE and DAN)
6. At least 3-5 years of related experience in the same filed
7. With proven leadership skills
