JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR - EXPAT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
** Supervise day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and training.
** Lead the hiring process of both expat and local employees for various department.
** Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals and legal standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

** Must be fluent in multiple languages, especially those spoken by expats.
** Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and maintain accurate records is essential.
** Familiarity with immigration and labor laws relevant to the company’s location and the expat’s home countries is important.
