ACTUAL POSITION:
ADVISER - HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

 Represents the company to Japan Head Office in meetings and business trips visitations of executives in the Phil. branch.
 Handles Japanese employee relations, recruitment and training.
 Converts written or spoken language from one language to Japanese native language for memorandum releasing.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Graduate of any business and management Four (4) year courses.
 With analytical and decision making skills.
 With at least 12 months work experience in Administrative line on Japanese Manufacturing/Business Industry
 Fluent in Japanese language proficiency and must have a good understanding in Japanese business practices.
