Job Description

End to End Recruitment
  • Receive approved Talent Requisition Form (TRF) from the requesting Department;
  • Draft and post approved Job Ads through online job engines;
  • Source and shortlist resume that meet the qualifications;
  • Conduct phone interview or initial screening;
  • Endorse qualified candidates to Department Heads;
  • Schedule candidates for online test;
  • Conduct background check;
  • Prepare Job Offer Details Slip for approval and filling out and signature of Department Manager and Managing Director;
  • Instruct considered applicants to process the pre-employment requirements;
  • Prepare and check Job Offer and Employment Contract based on approved Job Offer Details Slip;
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements prior to orientation;
  • Collect pre-employment requirements for 201 files;
  • Endorse newly hired employees to IT Department for ID picture;
Administrative
  • Prepare and submits Manpower Report, from hiring to separation;
  • Monitor and distribute evaluation forms to immediate supervisor on a timely manner;
  • Process employee movements through Notice of Personnel Action form;
  • Provide administrative supports by encoding, printing, filing, photocopying, answering telephone calls, maintaining equipment and supplies;
  • Pull out 201 files of separated employees;
Employee Relations
  • Prepare and draft Notice of Explain (NTE) based on submitted and discussed Incident Report/s;
  • Draft Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) based on the evidences and recommendations;
  • Coordinate/ clarify with Immediate Supervisor of erring personnel details of behavioral concerns;
  • Attend employees' queries and concerns;
  • Conduct employment counseling and coaching to deployed employees as endorsed by the Department Heads;
  • Conduct Exit Interviews to resigning employees under the assigned Departments.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent;
  • Background in HR, specifically in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Outsourced Management, and administrative functions;
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal, strong service orientation with both internal and external clients, computer proficient;
  • Strong navigation skills in sourcing applicants, familiar in the different recruitment portals, strong collaboration and coordination skills;
  • Pleasant and patient with the applicants, accommodating to respond to their inquiries, helpful, and able to establish good rapport with them;
  • Willing to work on a full time basis, on site in BGC, from Monday to Friday.
