The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He or she should be very well-organized, have strong time-management abilities, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. To guarantee employee compliance, HR Officer should have outstanding conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and process timesheet for payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Process the employee’s government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig.
- Prepares memorandums, letters, issuances and reports in the company.
- Monitors employee attendances and performances.
- Ensures meticulous implementation of payroll, benefits, and loan programs.
- Communicates with employees about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Performs employee relations such as managing the relationships between the organization and employee.
