An
HR Officer of CW Home Depot:
Implements day-to-day activities/procedures of the Human Resources department in the following facets: recruitment and plantilla management, timekeeping and payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee and labor relations and rewards and recognition
Recruitment/Plantilla Management
• Monitors branch plantilla
Maintains and updates 201 files of agency-based and suppliers’ employees
Timekeeping and Payroll
• Checks and validates daily attendance, related documents of direct hired and agency based employees such as DTR, OT, Leave, travel, and timekeeping forms
• Updates HRIS regarding pertinent information of newly hired employees and timekeeping concerns such as OT, travel, leave, change day off etc.
• Prepares summary report and process payroll of direct hired employees
• Attends to employees’ salary/timekeeping-related concerns
• Ensures the timekeeping system runs smoothly and reports to IT any malfunction or system error
• Prepares timekeeping/payroll-related reports timely and accurately such as but not limited to: payroll summary, pay slip receiving summary, perfect attendance, managers’ attendance, OT summary
• Creates daily attendance monitoring report for agency-based/suppliers employees
• Sends DTR to agencies and suppliers
• Coordinates with agencies regarding salary, DTR, and billing statements
Compensation and Benefits
• Implements annual medical examination and drug testing of employees
• Accommodates requests or inquiries on SSS and Pag-Ibig loans
Performance Management
• Conducts performance appraisal feedback of direct and agency-based employees with department heads (probationary, semi and annual appraisal and monthly)
Employee and Labor Relations
• Conducts initial investigation based on the forwarded incident report by the concerned department to be forwarded to HR Manager for review
• Prepares and facilitates concerns, grievances, inquiries, and feedback to be escalated to the HR Manager
• Prepares timely and accurate reports such as but not limited to semi-annual performance appraisal, disciplinary timeline, agency feedback and agency employee feedback
• Computes HR grade as part of performance appraisal
• Generates a monthly report of employees’ attendance to HR Supervisor for disciplinary action
• Prepares tardiness memos and other disciplinary-related letters to agencies and suppliers
• Conducts exit interviews of separated employees and facilitates clearance signing
• Performs administrative functions as secondary in the absence of administration personnel
• Performs other HR/administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
