Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring
complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Coordinates in the implementation of performance management system.
In charge in employee’s benefits. (SSS, HDMF, PHIC etc.)
Monitor’s employee’s summary of performance and evaluations.
In charge in monitoring HR Assistant’s way of implementing human resources policies and
procedures.
Responsible in conducting final interview for the applicants.
Reviews Training proposal coming from HR Assistant.
In charge in informing the CEO about the status of employees and office.
Performs timekeeping of weekly and semi-monthly paid employees.
Responsible in maintain 201 files.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
