POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT LEAD
*Develop and execute employee engagement strategies tailored to Mandarin-speaking employee populations.
*Lead regular employee surveys, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Coordinate and host engagement events, town halls, workshops, and team-building activities in Mandarin.
*Serve as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking employees and corporate HR to ensure clear communication and inclusion.
*Support onboarding and cultural assimilation programs for new Mandarin-speaking hires.
*Drive internal communication strategies in Mandarin to promote transparency, recognition, and alignment.
