HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

JOB TITLE: HR GENERALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of HR facets in the organization
• Oversees hiring (applicant filtering) and deployment
• Creation of quality applicants' pool
• Cascades day 1 procedures to newbies (to include orientation of Policies and processes)
• Basic handling of employees' concerns (assisted by head)
• Conducts activities (for work-life balance) as approved by management
• Monitors evaluations of employees and coordinates with respective heads on results and recommendations
• Submits reports on hiring and other reports related to the function
• Travels to other sites outside branch assignment from time to time
• Performs other tasks as needed
