HUMAN RESOURCE CULTURE AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

The HRCE Manager shall be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and overall management of all culture-building programs, employee engagement activities and initiatives, and employee relations across the Hedcor group. The role ensures that all programs and initiatives are aligned with the 1AP Culture and drive a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to effectively execute these initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related discipline.
    • Preferably with Master’s in Applied/Industrial Psychology or Business.
    • With an extensive background in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Information System
    • Adept in Labor Code of the Philippines
    • With at least five (5) years of managerial experience
    • With at least seven (7) years of related work experience
