Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
