Job Description

1. In-charge of recruitment and selection process.
2. Recommends appointment of newly selected employees.
3. Conduct orientation to new employees.
4. In-charge of 201 personnel files and leave card.
5. Prepares payroll for salaries and wages.
6. Process evaluation of employees and make summary report and submit such to department heads.
7. Prepares program for staff development and career pathing.
8. Prepares program for employees training and development.
9. Prepare evaluation tools to employees.
10. Feedback results of evaluation for employees.
11. Prepares program and proposal in terms of training and development (compensation, awards and other employee benefits).
12. Set-up Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
13. Formulate annual staff development activities.
14. Conduct performance evaluation of staff.
15. Develop staff competencies to improve their efficiency and effectiveness of operations achieved.
16. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager or Branch Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Holder of bachelors degree
2. Two (2) years relevant experience in personnel management
3. Had undergone Human Resource Management Training
4. 0ne (1) year experience in the conduct of trainings/seminars
5. Proficient in oral and written communication
6. Must be computer literate
7. Not below 25 years of age but not over 35 years old
8. With good moral character
9. With pleasant personality
10. Resident of Antique
