The HR Associate is expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Manage HR systems, i.e. SAP-HCM, SAP-Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, SuccessFactors, to maximize features and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance of HR users and third-party payroll and HRIS processors to the company's HR data governance policy
  • Will conduct HR data generation, analysis, and reporting.


Qualifications/Requirements

HR Associate

  • Must be a  graduate of Math, IT, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or other similar courses
  • Should have at least seven years of work experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Should have significant experience in the implementation and use of HR systems, and must be comfortable in handling and analyzing HR data.
  • Must have great written and oral communication skills and good analytical skills.
